My goal is to help people navigate challenging times to achieve mental wellness, reduce stress, and increase resiliency. I work with adults in every facet of life, navigating change, shifting anxiety and depression, processing current and past trauma, and building healthy relationships through both individual and couples counseling. I also work with individuals and couples facing perinatal challenges including pregnancy and postpartum anxiety and depression and overcoming relationship challenges that often arise with this phase of life.I believe in a client-centered, solution-focused approach that builds on practical skills to create a shift and offer guidance in an inclusive, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. My practice draws on influence from Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and other therapeutic approaches.

Why Work With Me?

Mothering and parenting is hard! As a parent and clinician, I understand the demands and expectations placed upon us by society, family, and ourselves; and the desire to have it all, yet never quite feeling you are succeeding. YOU ARE NOT ALONE in this. At times we all feel overwhelmed and need support from a compassionate, non-judgmental third-party. I offer that compassion and support, and in that environment, together we can help you to feel relief and show up as the person and parent that you want to be.
