Hira Hafeez, RP (Qualifying)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) (CRPO)
Being a mama of two little ones, I want you to know I see you, I hear you and I am with you. I am a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. I have practiced psychotherapy with all age groups and a diverse range of mental health issues. I believe that each and everyone of us is an expert on ourselves. I use this approach by providing my clients with a safe and judgment-free space, to work on themselves.
I offer therapy in English, Urdu and Hindi.
