Hira Hafeez, RP (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) (CRPO)

Being a mama of two little ones, I want you to know I see you, I hear you and I am with you. I am a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. I have practiced psychotherapy with all age groups and a diverse range of mental health issues. I believe that each and everyone of us is an expert on ourselves. I use this approach by providing my clients with a safe and judgment-free space, to work on themselves.

I offer therapy in English, Urdu and Hindi.

Why Work With Me?

I bring a curious and supportive approach to working with clients. I want to make sure that you do not feel alone as you go through your healing and parenting journey. I create a safe environment where you can share your inner experiences and together, we will make sense of your emotional experience and help you to feel better.
