As a Child and Youth Care Practitioner, I frequently witnessed the struggle parents faced finding supportive mental health care for themselves through the perinatal period and through their child’s early years. I’m thrilled to be part of this wonderful team offering this much needed support!

I am a nature lover at heart, and I’ve long been curious about the impacts of nature on mental health. After years of seeing the positive impact of nature experiences like overnight camp on the young people I worked with, and in my own life, I am currently pursuing education in ecotherapy. I am particularly passionate about holistic wellbeing, and enjoy learning about the intersections of place, belonging, spirituality, nature and so much more as they impact mental health and overall wellbeing.

In addition to this current educational path, I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Care. Outside of work, you can often find me camping or exploring local wild spaces, or curled up with a good book, a cup of tea, and my cat.
